Terms and Conditions of Shipping
Flat shipping rates are automatically added to each inventory item based on a general rate that we have calculated. These rates only apply within the US (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Purto Rico) and Canada. We reserve the rights to adjust shipping rate on placed orders at any time and will notify you via email or phone to let you know.

International Shipping
We ship to over 30 countries world wide. We can ship anywhere. The flat rate on our website is for within Canada and the US ONLY. So if you are in Europe, Asia, or South America we may have to add aditional cost to the shipping charge.

Damaged Products During Shipping
Due to circumstances out of our control, products are sometimes damaged by the shipping company. We do apologize if this happens. When receiving the product, PLEASE carefully inspect the parcel for any outter visible damage to the package. If it appears damage DO NOT take it. Report it to us and we will send out a replacement. If you have received the product and find out later that it was damaged, report it to us AS SOON A POSSIBLE. The products are insured when they are shipped. We will try to provide a replacement or if a replacement can not be made, an insurance claim can be made to refund you for the purchase.

Terms and Conditions of Returns and Exchange
We do allow returns and exchange on certain parts at our discretion. Prior arrangements must be made before a return or an exchange. 1) Damaged or defective products must be reported within 10 days of the invoiced date. Returns must be received within 10 days of delivery date. 2) All parts must be in the original packaging which is not ripped or torn and must include a copy of the invoice. 3) The purchaser is responsible for the return shipping charges. For exchanges the purchaser must pay for the shipping charges. 4) All returns must not be damaged, installed and must be in the orginal condition as it was sent out unless it has been reported to be damaged by the shipper. 5) Returns are subject to a 35% restocking/handling charge. 6) Please Note *No returns on electrical parts or special order items.
